  1. Websites & Webation Active back online & working about 2 hours ago after network upgrade.
  2. We will be upgrading our core tonight network from 11pm-2am Australia EST. Websites & Webation Active will be down. Email will be unaffected
  3. Servers have been performing perfectly since the RAM upgrades. We are all very happy and I am sure you will be also! :-)
  4. We are having some unsheduled maintenance today from 7:30 - 9pm AEST
  5. Webation Active will be having some scheduled downtime from 10pm - 12 midnight (Australia EST) today 23 March 2009.
  6. Just ordered new server quality RAM to upgrade the servers.
  7. We are continuing to monitor websites and Webation Active for reliability.
  8. Inbound traffic issue has been resolved.
  9. We are aware of significant increases in the amount of inbound traffic to our servers since 5th Feb 09. This is being monitored.
  10. Webation Active has been experiencing some intermittent issues today. We are investigation the issues further.
  11. Webation Active will be having some minor updates over the next month. A release date will be announced in the near future.
  12. We have added a new Speed Test check on our website. You can use it to test your internet connection specifically in relation to Webation.
  13. Unless we mention any issues here, then everything is working without reported errors eg. hosting & email has been working perfectly.
  14. Webation Active has now been working well since the last post with no reports of any issues.
  15. We have added a new script which will improve stability (and therefore websites and Webation Active). We will continue to monitor.
  16. We are experiencing some intermittent server issues that we are looking into further. These issues cause websites to be unavailable.
  17. Webation Active (Active Business and Active School) is continuing to perform well after our issues last week.
  18. The slow speeds at schools is due to the DET internet connection and filtering. Many "advanced" websites fail to perform properly.
  19. Schools are experiencing slow speeds when accessing Active School via the DET network (at school). We are looking into this issue.
  20. Not related to Webation, however, Google's Gmail service is down - arhh, good to see that this even happens to the big boys!
