  12. Mike Grennier, Corporate Recruiting is talking about how we recruit talent and bring folks to Bentonville!
  13. Duke: " How does sustainability fit into corporate recruiting?"
  14. Eshelman: "Our associates have been driving this and coming up with new ideas to reduce our waste."
  15. Eshelman: "We have reduced 3 million pounds of waste and recycled all but 3% of it."
  16. Karen Eshelman, PMDC (Printing, Mailing Distribution Center) is being asked to the stage by Mike Duke to talk about her dept's efforts.
  17. Duke: " What can you do in your job to go paperless?"
  18. Duke: " Every single associate has a role to play in sustainability. No one is left out."
  19. 123,000 associates have decided to go paperless. The roll of paper on the stage is the amount of paper saved becasue of the associates
  20. Diana is talking about our move to electronic payroll - we just rolled out a giant roll of paper that represents how much we are saving!
