  1. Attention poof: http://www.sciencedaily.com...
  2. Trying to get my shit together to head to @desl's party...stupid gym making me all tired.
  3. Today I leg-pressed 85lb more than a firefighter. Not that doing leg presses in the first place is something to be proud of.
  4. @netllama It's kind of nice, like living in a part of the country with weather.
  5. @desl I'm afraid I don't know where you live and/or party...
  6. @Jasont1022 Your bones are surprisingly fragile. Sorry to hear it.
  7. FFS, my iTunes is like a time capsule from 1999.
  8. @downrightamazed She was a vampire in a lehenga choli...
  9. @arclight I really buy the HIT dudes' argument that doing the right thing first makes you naturally want to do more (vs. going as drudgery)

  11. Chili, deviled eggs, cherries...apparently it's picnic time in my kitchen.

  13. @bluepoof This is why I try not to do new painful activities on hockey days!
  14. @stechert My theory re pork: pastured pork has a very favorable fat profile. MUFAs (like olive oil), Omega 3 PUFAs, plenty of vits D & K2.
  15. someday, my hip flexors will catch up and I'll be able to play 2 in a row again.
  16. @arclight 4) Chicagoland gremlins say to you: ditch the damn TexMex plans and get yourself some gyros.
  17. Suddenly excited for camp today, woo! Still almost 3 weeks away, though.
  18. Hi WIkayaker!
  19. @d33ann Have you considered the possibility of eating some PROTEIN?!
  20. Mr. Bierman was a huge help at the Bean today, thanks!
