  1. RT: @tastapod's Waterfall: "You're locking in your ignorance." #agiletestingx (via @lunivore)
  2. Still a few places on the next 'Testing and TDD (/BDD) for Java Developers' course in Sydney (http://tinyurl.com/yksku5k) #tdd #bdd
  3. Just posted a blog entry: Data-Driven tests with JUnit 4 and Excel (http://tinyurl.com/y93jyut)
  4. Canoo Webtest with Maven (http://tinyurl.com/yz6xcpe) - that rocks! Another web testing framework into the toolbox!
  5. Happy Thanksgiving to all those in the States!
  6. Apache POI uses doubles for numerical cells in an XL spreadsheet. Much as I hate BigDecimals, this still seems like a dumb idea.
  7. Agile Bar Camp in Wellington on 12/12/09 (http://tinyurl.com/yh46t3w) - looks like all the cool Wellington agilists will be there!
  8. @acerisara Hmmm, interesting. Replacing it with raw Ruby?
  9. @bmthykm Of course we do, we can even write Maven 3 pom file in YAML! :-)
  10. I wonder if anyone has thought of writing a JUnit (4) extension to initialize test data structures using YAML.
  11. Off to do some on-site TDD training in Sydney this morning - looking forward to it! Sydney is a great city
  12. @oysta Ah, it's your fault then, is it? :-)
  13. In Sydney. Hot (40 degree) winds. I had forgotten that existed...
  14. @sharrissf ...for my part, I have some questions re cargo/Websphere integration (never done it myself, but it comes up often in my courses)
  15. @sharrissf This question actually was part of discussions with @peter_mount about his setup...
  16. @peter_mount Does terracotta work with cargo? If so, you might be able to write your fixtures in Java
  17. @peter_mount Oh, I see. Does every test need to start with a fresh instance, or could some be regrouped?
  18. End of week crash imminent...zzzzzz
  19. @peter_mount I'm happy if I set up a Nexus instance on a per-class basis, but it depends a lot on the lab network set up.
  20. Methinks this RT feature needs a bit of work. Could save 3 or 4 characters / RT, though :-)
