@ If that is true in your market(s) then price action obviously is a requirement. I haven't seen many like that where I looked.

@ I think price action is a good extra, but not necessarily req'd. Usually precedes sustained up moves though.

@ It can come both ways i.m.exp.: Quick spike within like 6 months or protracted move of 100-300%. #1 worth the wait, #2 easier.

@ Imho it's worth the wait when you find something that is fundamentally very attractive. Price action often too fast to react.
