@ bottle at tea time did trick, he then wasn't nearly so hungry at 6.30. STill had to do feed at 10ish

@ I did cot + BF, but I did a bottle top up for youngest at tea time, cos milk was low at bedtime, so he'd feed for hrs + cry

@ Then he slept better in cot in end, after only sleeping on me in beginning. I think as get older, wake more if being held.
