  1. @inspire9 Yes, vistrac is still alive. The uneasy quiet is due to a major overhaul in the works that is taking some time to complete.
  2. @nathan_scott You're right, that isn't supposed to happen. Try clearing your cache and logging in again, it should work now.
  3. @ben_h While we don't record which OS/Browser results come from which User-Agents, I can look into it for you.
  4. @ben_h I absolutely understand. Fortunately, the server hosting vt.js wasn't down, just a faulty firewall rule. Shouldn't go down again.
  5. @ben_h Should be working now, give it a try.

  8. @bmilford Thanks for the follow! Have you gotten a chance to try vistrac?
  9. @ben_h In the future, the file shouldn't disappear; something will be kept up in it's place.
  10. @ben_h Don't worry, everything is under control. Currently pushing some major updates to the server, so there will be a little downtime.
  11. @abelafonte Glad you're giving it a try :) What sort of data are you lacking from GA?
  12. @carrie_AGIns Have you tried looking at what users are doing inside your pages? vistrac can help explain the bounce rate: http://vistrac.com
  13. @centernetworks Thanks again for the writeup!
  14. @abelafonte Have you looked at vistrac? It updates more frequently and offers information that Google Analytics doesn't: http://bit.ly/EnILs
  15. @mark_haylock Just a little work being done, not to worry :)
  16. @tonwesseling Thanks, glad you like it!
  17. The server is back up! Sorry, I guess it has a little stage fright.
  18. @gandalfar Oh, sorry, I misunderstood. You can track metrics on users that are logged in: http://vistrac.com/help/tracker-api (cache source)
  19. @gandalfar I'm certainly looking into it -- consider it a "planned feature."
  20. vistrac has launched! http://vistrac.com
