  3. AOS applications are being processed on average of about 129 days which is roughly 50 days faster than the same time in 2008.
  4. I-130 petitions with an NOA1 of these dates are being processed: CSC May 1st (110 days), VSC Dec 11 (250 days). VSC is slowing quite a bit.
  5. I-129F petitions with an NOA1 of these dates are being processed: CSC May 10th (101 days), VSC March 24th (148 days).
  6. Timelines indicate that pursuing an IR1/CR1 Visa as opposed to a K3 Visa is faster as well as offering a quicker path to a Green Card.
  7. EAD and AP filters prior to June 1st this year should be getting approvals soon. Hang in there!
  8. I-129F Forms for K1 Visas are taking roughly 105 days (April 6) at the CSC & 141 days (Mar 1) at the VSC. This is a slow down at the VSC.
  9. I-130 Forms for K3 Visas are taking roughly 113 days (March 30) at the CSC & 220 days (Dec 20) at the VSC. This is a slow down at the CSC.

  15. I-129F petitions are currently taking: CSC 109 days (March 25) and VSC 132 days (Mar 2).

  19. I-130 petitions are currently taking: CSC 73 days (April 15) and VSC 206 days (Dec 3).
