Apple's at it again! They released Logic 9.0.1 & there are a few improvements with Voice Over. Looks like we'll get full accessibility soon!

Just finished upgrading to Logic 9 however I'm not sure there's much improvement in accessibility with Voice Over but I'm not giving up yet!
