  1. Back on the beer wagon. No better place to start than SD Brewing Co.
  2. At Hamiltons, trying Babycham. I hear it's the happiest beer on earth. Meh. But peary smooth. Still, only having one.
  3. Brewdog Zeitgeist and AleSmith Nautical Nut Brown @hamiltons. Tasted excellent Brewdog Bashah. What's next?
  4. Headed to Hamiltons at 4 for lots of Avery on tap! http://tinyurl.com/55w7of (via @hamiltons)
  5. my verdict on Thai beers - decent. Wouldn't choose them at home, but when traveling, anything that's cold and tastes like beer is a-ok!
  6. Another new one, Big Sky Belgian Brown. Decent, 7.0%, feels like more!
  7. New beer for me, Tripel Karmeliet. Does not feel like 8% ABV, this could be tripel trouble.
  8. At Small Bar, first up the tasty Brewdog Zeitgeist. Mmmmm mmmmm good.
  9. SD Brewers Guild, big thanks to @hamiltons for ther super tasty pork sliders and O'Briens great beer cheese. Great beer food, and free!
  10. SD Brewers Guild, favorite named beer (and quite tasty) Notsoberfest from always reliable Oggi's.
  11. SD Brewers Guild, had perennial favorite Ballast Point 2008 Victory at Sea. Best on nitro pour, but still awesome from the tap.
  12. Catching up on the beers I should have mentioned at last night's SD Brewers Guild. Hands down favorite was San Marcos Wild Clover Honey Ale.
  13. Victory Fest Bier...making me want to firm up plans for Oktoberfest 2010 in Bavaria.
  14. At Blind Lady Ale House, and the Firestone Walker Oaktoberfest is just as smooth ad I hoped. Nice first beer to start the weekend.
  15. mark your calendars! 6th Annual San Diego Brewers Guild Fest. I'm headed to the 2nd session on Saturday 11/7. http://sdbw.org
  16. good beer weekend. Started at Small Bar with Moose Drool, Spaten Oktoberfest, few others. Then Evil Dead Red on cask @RitualTavern. Yum.
  17. Continuing with malty German brews tonight, enjoying the Spaten Optimator. Nice toasty flavors. Who's with me for Oktoberfest 2010?
  18. Holy cow, why didn't someone introduce me to Ayinger's Celebrator Doppelbock sooner?! Malty excellence, my type of beer. Happy Oktoberfest!
  19. Tried many great beers this week thx to new neighborhood bar, Small Bar, The Linkery tonite and Blind Lady Ale House on Friday. I love SD!
  20. Eel River Stout. Niiiiiiice.
