  1. @ttribe Both semi and full retirement sound pretty good to me (based on your tweets that is).
  2. @Ben_Hall How people are using them. Companies are cowards. Once there is an obvious safe commercial opportunity they'll all leap in.
  3. @Ben_Hall Why are so many enterprises missing the opportunity social media brings? Perhaps because it's changing too fast for them.
  4. @Documentally No don't swim. That water's only suitable for drinking.
  5. @ruskin147 Wow. You couldn't have summed up my situation better. Only difference is that older son is celebrating with 1 A-level left to do.
  6. Could have done with a little more sleep. I think I now understand the phrase "Stone the Crows".
  7. @Documentally That all depends on exactly what you mean when you say "like I would the toilet" I suppose ;-)
  8. @savamaloy That depends on how long ago he got it. If just recently then I predict that you won't see much of either of them for a while ;-)
  9. @patricknorton How did you despatch it? My wife has been known to drop an iron on our harmless British spiders - she's not a risk taker !
  10. @mattpodwysocki Very good. I missed the subtlety of that last post until I re-read it. Yes we are weird foreigners!
  11. @irtimaled I find the charge for tethering quite disgusting. I don't plan to use it. I suspect it would only be a disappointment anyway.
  12. @cwoodruff Of course, it goes without saying that you need the Google search app and Google Earth too. ;-)
  13. @cwoodruff NetNewsWire, Wikipanion, Stanza are all excellent. For Twitter I would choose Tweetie for sure (in spite of it's awful name).
  14. @everythingabili Seconded. Ted flunks as soon as you try to play a video with iPhone OS 3.0. It's bus'Ted' !!
  15. @ThomShutt I feel a little guilty. I really want spotify to succeed. ;-)
  16. @everythingabili you could no doubt find them down by the river, or similar, trying to figure out how to get high on the poppies.
  17. @olivers But if everyone thinks like that it will speed up dramatically. ;-)
  18. @garyshort I seem to remember Apple had such issues when the iPhone 3G was first released. That was just with O2, now everybody is updating.
  19. Anyone any idea why I haven't had an advert on #spotify for at least the last 20 hours of music play time? Using free version under Linux.
  20. @olivers The download was the quick part for me. The subsequent activation took ages.
