  14. Went to the Pompadou's Calder exhibit tonight. Always a shame to see his art sitting stationary—it's meant to move!
  15. Spent lunch wandering at Napoleon's Tomb, now off to meetings with the Socialist Party, which is larger in France than just Bernie Sanders.
  16. Walking through the rooms at the French Foreign Ministry where the Treaty of Versailles was negotiated. Europe's rich history always amazes.
  17. Au revoir DC! Wheels up for Paris and a week of government meetings and a swanky Left Bank hotel. I hope to come back with the Mona Lisa.
