  1. Sunday: 55 miles of Alpine Dam. Spent.
  2. 80 mile ride out to Pt. Reyes with @missioncycling. Highlights: Great paceline out of Nicasio & a 14-mile threshold TT on Sir Francis Drake.
  3. Typical weekday rides: 32 easy miles on Wednesday, 41 tempo miles on Thursday.
  4. Sequoia Double-Metric on Sunday. Absolutely incredible ride. Recap here: http://bit.ly/hqf35
  5. Club ride on Saturday - I only set out to do 20 miles, but that turned into 40!
  6. Whoops, missed a few days. Thursday was a nice 30-ish miler out to Camino Alto and back.
  7. Six rides during "rest week." Whoops. 36, 27, 16, 60, 37 and 56 miles.
  8. Paradise loop (40 miles) in zones 1 & 2. Again, what's with this weather?
  9. Saturday: Marshall Wall for 109 miles and 7,000 feet of climbing. Great ride, though the weather could have been better.
  10. Thurdsay: 28 miles out and back. Piece of cake.
  11. A slow 28.1 miles (3600 ft. vertical). I can tell I'm nearing the end of another six-week block because I'm perpetually sore.
  12. Sunday: Fairfax and back via Paradise. Attacked way too early on the way into Tiburon. HR in zone 5.6+ for two miles?! Ouch.
  13. Saturday: Double Paradise in the heat after moving sofas all morning. Really killed it on Camino Alto. A good ride!
  14. Tam door-to-door in 3:05. Only clipped out once: at the top. It was gloriously quiet on the mountain. 47.5 miles, 4000 ft.
  15. A first for me: PL, but in the drops the whole time! By mile 30, the hoods felt foreign.
  16. Sunday: Paradise Loop backwards (43 and change) plus contact with a moving vehicle. Fun times!
  17. Saturday: Alpine Dam for 55 miles. Mental note: make sure you're not in your big ring next time you try to race across Seven Sisters.
  18. Thursday: 25 miles, 2800 feet of climbing in the Marin Headlands.
  19. Paradise loop easy this morning. Sometimes it's nice to take your time, eh?
  20. Tuesday: a short run over lunch. Felt pretty good, actually!
