  3. All i wanted was to upgrade the laptop ordered yesterday. To do that you need to cancel and re-order. Now i don't want a Dell anymore.
  4. Dell's order cancellation step 5: the 3rd rep from cancellation dept asks all the questions above, then your order finally gets canceled.

  9. I certainly will think twice next time when i order from dell.com. literally you are never able to reach dell's order cancellation dept.
