  1. CIL will be open regular hours through the end of finals week, December 11. We will then be closed until Spring Semester, January 11.
  2. The lab will close early at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, November 24, and will remain closed for Thanksgiving until Monday, November 30.
  3. While it stays busy, we will be limiting students to one attempt per test each day. Studying increases the chance you'll pass.
  4. Spring registration begins Nov 2. It gets pretty busy with everyone finishing prereqs, so come in the next couple weeks before the rush.

  6. Fall semester starts on Monday, August 24, so we will be back open our regular hours. This week we'll be working with Connections classes.
  7. A few limited hours that we will be open this week have been posted on our website; just three weeks until school starts.
  8. Technical preview of Office 2010 is now available. http://tinyurl.com/mbuyqn Estimated release date is unknown.
  9. If you know a student starting at USU in the Fall, tell them to work on CIL over the summer, either on campus or at a distance ed site.
  10. There are no officially scheduled short courses over the summer, but students can stop in anytime we're open for help preparing for tests.
  11. The lab is open through 6 tonight. We are closed next week like usual, since classes are not in session. Regular schedule returns May 11.
  12. We may no longer be offering the CIL tests to high school students via concurrent enrollment starting next year.
  13. CIL is now a prerequisite for English 2010.
