  2. @MagalyHope The challenge for leaders is acting in the moment to point out that the reaction is unhelpful or welcomed. Definitely a skill.
  3. Lullabies sung to a child r more soothing than 1s sung to no one. Same for stories. Best to record stories with an audience.
  4. @tetradian A salesman returns from a client. Tells the story of how he deceived the client. The reaction (+ve/-ve) will affect culture.
  5. @tetradian I would go one step further. To change corp culture, change the stories AND how people react to the stories.
