  9. ugh, computer randomly shuts down, it's not cooling as all temps are within range, makes a strange noise when it shuts off

  13. so I unplugged my power supply and let it sit for a while, then plugged it back in, and voila! might have been the motherboard
  14. this is the second Western Digital hard drive to die in the last 2 weeks, very disappointed
  15. @SteveAndrews because there's not a property to determine if the app is using a virtual dir vs. root
  16. @SteveAndrews the only way i can think of is going relative to the page/control, so physically resolving to ../../mydir

  20. @SteveAndrews I always use the tilde in the root of the site so .net resolves it properly, no matter what directory it's in
