  14. So the girl is still in the ICU (act of congress)---turns out she's HIV+ (which i suspected b/c of her very fine hair).#EM_Ian
  15. Her malaria prep was neg--could certainly be overwhelming parasitemia--we treated her with quinine/blood/broad antibx. Stay hopeful!#EM_Ian
