  3. If you don't resist the weight on the negative portion, you're missing out on more than half the exercise...
  4. When u eat immediately after exercise, the calories, carbs & protein go to fueling your muscles..
  5. Muscle burns more calories than fat & increases your resting metabolic rate. That's more reason to lift...
