  11. The giant Josephine lily is now OPEN and the brilliant red Brunsvigia marginata getting bigger and brighter. Don't know how long they last.
  12. The giant josephine lily is opening on S. Africa Hill at the UC Bot. Garden. Remember it only lasts for about a week.
  13. The bud of the incredible giant lily (Brunsvigia josephine) reached 2 ft today and our the deep red B. marginata has just opened fully.
  14. The first warbler of the fall (beautiful yellow and black Townsend's) arrived in the UC Botanical Garden today. First seen at 1:30pm.
