  1. @jephjacques Congratulations!
  2. @demiurgent This should be engraved on something and stamped on people's heads. Backwards, so they can read it in the mirror.
  3. @JasonAMyersTX Well it was a fun book and sort of reminded me of Long Dark Teatime of the Soul, in a way, but different.
  4. Last day of #NaNoWriMo. 70K looks unlikely at this point.
  5. @rstevens well... seven if you ignore the l/r tilt and count scrolling as a single button instead of two.
  6. @rstevens My Logitech 10-button got submerged in water and died. My replacement is a mouse a third the size of my hand.
  7. .. apparently although Wilde is losing in points, he's beating Lieber in press coverage. I believe he would be amused.
  8. I just generated my #TweetCloud out of a month of my tweets. Top three words: count, wilde, site - http://w33.us/2uuf
  9. @tertiary Landru!
  10. @kondziu I'd really like to hit 70K by midnight tomorrow... Because how cool would that be!
  11. #NaNoWriMo passed 60K on the road home from Thanksgiving. Hope to make it to the mid-60's tonight...
  12. Welp. My wave just came in. As it were.
  13. @jonrosenberg Yes but it's fun!
  14. @jonrosenberg Doing the opposite of a precedent is quite understandible. That's pretty much how I feel about "don't break the fourth wall."
  15. @jonrosenberg The convention used by Silver Age DC comics was to use the number (Earth-1, Earth-2, Earth-3, etc.).
  16. Today's #NaNoWriMo goal is to see if I can get past 60K... and, if so, how far.
  17. @limuh Congrats!
  18. My #NaNoWriMo efforts continue. Fritz Leiber 16, Oscar Wilde 12. Wilde: "At last, a proper buffoon! I can work with this." #NaNo
  19. @tertiary Yes, writing will continue till midnight on the 30th. And probably beyond that, but we're talking for word count purposes here.
  20. #NaNoWriMo 51,476 words so far. Fritz Leiber 16, Oscar Wilde 9. Poor Mr. Wilde. #NaNo
