  9. 57 - heading out on mtb. Set basal to a 80% reduction. Simple c's in. Ultra lite pace for 30min.

  13. 67 - end of 2.25hr night stint. Ride was great but I got behind fueling during the last 60min. Note: start behind, end behind. :)
