  1. TwitApps code released... http://bit.ly/3VwbFC
  2. I've had to shut down the Replies service early due to the system not being able to cope after Twitpocalypse II: http://bit.ly/Hdxow
  3. @jdg I've always promised users I wouldn't do that, so I won't. Releasing the code is the next best thing.
  4. @jlbruno Not a huge amount, but you need to keep on top of the API and the limits they have in place. It's not nothing but it's not much.
  5. @jlbruno I'm just not interested in doing it for anything you might be able to offer. I know people like it hence releasing the source.
  6. @docsmooth I have a full time job which keeps me pretty busy. It's not about finding the next fun project, but thanks.

  8. TwitApps shutting down: http://bit.ly/SmntE
  9. It is with some regret that I am announcing that I will be shutting down TwitApps at the end of this month. Blog post coming soon.
  10. TwitApps v2 is getting there. Currently in final testing, hopefully launching early next week.
  11. @Carl @nwjerseyliz FYI, TwitApps v2 which will hopefully be released soon will work with protected accounts.
  12. @joolsjoyce Only if you're willing to pay for the service ;-) Seriously though, thanks for that.
  13. RT @3ft9: Finally got around to adding some company info into CrunchBase: http://www.crunchbase.com/c...
  14. @irabinovitch We are aware of this problem but we're not having much luck finding the issue. I suggest you disable the service until fixed.
  15. @lbutlr Nice idea. It's been added to the list. Thanks.
  16. @Sysiphos Theyre still suffering from the DDoS attack. Nothing we can do about it unfortunately. See http://status.twitter.com/ for details.
  17. @djej1 Current version of TwitApps uses the search, so not surprising. Version 2 (coming soon) uses mentions so it's a lot more accurate.
  18. @Blogfeedser Sorry, ignore my last reply. By specific example I meant I need a username to check for a caching issue in the followers list.
  19. @Blogfeedser TwitApps v1 is keyed on username, which is the wrong way to do it. When we release v2 (soon) this particular problem is solved.
  20. @Blogfeedser I'm aware of that, but without a specific example I can't check to see why it might not have been detected.
