  1. *crickets*
  2. Two months now since Time-Warner Milwaukee first contacted us. Last heard from them almost as long ago. Ball dropped...again. Not surprised.
  3. @timewarnercab1: Get anyone's attention at TW who can actually help you yet?
  4. @timewarnersux: welcome to the club... :|

  6. It would appear we've fallen off the radar again.

  8. Making some headway.
  9. Got a call from Matt w/ TW's "Solutions Team" regarding our longstanding issue. Reviewing things to find out where it all fell apart. Good.
  10. TWC bill due soon. no idea which of the 4 we've received is THE bill, or how much we ACTUALLY owe. Simple billing? Riiiiiight.
  11. I'll walk the lawn tomorrow sometime and see how it looks.
  12. The QA guy's job is apparently nothing more than verifying the line is buried. He carried no testing gear.
  13. No call ahead to let us know when they're coming. Service down, deal with it, apparently.
  14. No one knocked or rang to warn us about service cutting out, ask us if it was back up, APOLOGIZE for it being on the lawn for > 15 mo ...
  15. A "quality assurance" van from TW showed up after the contractors did their thing. He walked the yard and was gone in <5 mins.
  16. Cable was FINALLY (totally reinstalled and) buried on Thursday 24 April, btw. Hey, it was ONLY laying on the lawn for over 15 months. Crazy.
  17. 24.160.224.134. Now at 5 unapproved posts in my blog's moderation queue. I'd bet he's a TW-Milw. employee. The spelling ALONE is offensive.
  18. I mean, I can tell via PingPlotter, but it still seems fishy for it not to be on...
  19. Huh. The Moto SB5100 either doesn't support boot logging, or it's been turned off. No way to see if it's been rebooting. Deliberately, hmm?
  20. (Apparently not TW-Milwaukee!)
