  10. and before any of you suggest - give him a veggie meal - he loves his meat and hates having to always have fish or veggie when he goes out
  11. my challenge-do halal version of menu for friend eating tonight-sent the wife off to halal butchers-the cuts may be the difficulty methinks
  12. Finally nailed the lamb dish at Berwick Lodge-52oC 20 mins-caramelise in hot pan-roll in spices. Customers seem to like it+me finally happy
  13. @exromana reheated at 50oC -regenerates in 11 mins. You can hold it for 2 hours before bacteria may set in. Open bag + crisp up in hot pan
  14. Now for relaxing with a glass of Devil's Corner Pinot and a nice chunk of Hafod welsh cheddar mmmm

  17. Dinner at sands slightly ruined by mouldy tomato at end.
  18. Tip of the day for a low key evening with the wife try Sands in Clifton. Relax with mezze + Musar (2001 - good nose, comfortably reliable)
