  1. @cwimmer at least you had forewarning ;)
  2. @donttrythis looks a bit like our Butters dog => http://bit.ly/3CHfCO
  3. @donttrythis ...and Pete needs all the help he can get!
  4. @cwimmer I won't be making it this year .... bummer :(
  5. @Annhelmuthallen Don't let it bring you down, it's only castles burning ....http://bit.ly/rb3Of
  6. @cwimmer especially when followed by an almost inaudible "...damn..." which is itself followed by a very heavy sigh.
  7. @Annhelmuthallen heysoos!
  8. Just uploaded 1 new photo to my Flickr "Greensburg" photoset: http://bit.ly/QFpVJ
  9. It's definitely time for a Harp ( http://tinyurl.com/7xu2sd )
  10. Just finished moving DNS, DHCP and PBX to a virtual machine so the hardware that was doing that stuff can be rebuilt with Solaris 10.
  11. New blog post: Flickr! Kool-Aid - http://dev.ttys0.net/node/677
  12. New blog post: christmas_tree_1 - http://dev.ttys0.net/node/639
  13. @wilw Backups work great .... it's just restores that we have problems with. ;) {somebody I used to work with once said that in a conf call}
  14. New blog post: Drupal Twitter Module - Workaround (http://dev.ttys0.net/node/638)
  15. As if I needed another reason to hate software patents, lifewithsolaris.jp has been forced offline. A sad day for OpenSolaris users.
  16. Friday, much like Thursday, surrounded by people. Time to wind down, watching a movie. What came in today from Netflix? "Some Like It Hot"
  17. @wilw {Careful with that axe, Eugene} ... one of the best Pink Floyd songs ever!
  18. @BigAdmn git ... I got git installed using a sunfreeware package (http://tinyurl.com/5dw7dl), and filling in some deps with blastwave. w00t!
  19. @BigAdmn LISA USB drives (or lack thereof) .... for what it's worth, I completely forgot to expect any! *chuckle*
  20. And a few hours later, the home machine is running OpenSolaris svn_101a, all on ZFS. My biggest complaint is the absence of git. :(
