Remember to relax the face before AND after playing. Tension stops vibrations and so it hurts playing. WE need to relax several times a day.

Get dental impressions made!!!!! If you lose a tooth, need bonding... they have to make guesses and unless they get lucky playing suffers.

We breathe and play based on a rhythm. Tapping your foot helps keep the breathing and blowing balanced. IT actually helps attacks.

Learning to LET the notes out made my range usable and loud. Getting my teeth more open, less mpc pressure , less curl, less tension....

When we make lip compression we need to reduce mouthpiece pressure so the vibrations stay free.
