  10. Nice steady ride at lunchtime on the CompuTrainer. Holding 200 watts for 90 minutes - 30 miles of non-stop riding = about 2hrs outdoors

  12. Almost at the end of Wk 2 of the programme. Still @ 100% for the sessions but legs starting to feel it a bit now. Only 3 to go then day off

  17. @keithpape I'm with you on that one. I think my longest ever indoor run was 45 mins. even that seemed like forever.
  18. @SwimBikeRunning ironman version is do-able as well. Just take your time getting there and enjoy the whole journey
