  2. Sunday, May 25: calorie total 1,610 (very, very close to my target), fat total 34 g. Only exercise was chasing kids at park for 2 hours.
  3. Missed a few meal updates due to outage, but fat total for today was about 33 g and calorie total was about 1,540. About to jog 40 min.
  4. Supper (May 23): wheat spaghetti with light meat sauce + glass of wine + beer after dinner. Fat (est.): 14 g, calories (est.) 600
  5. Lunch (May 23): Soyrizo, rice, and black bean burrito. Fat (est.): 6 g, calories (est.): 380
  6. Breakfast: one bagel + 16 oz. water. Fat: 5 g, calories: 320
  7. Yesterday's total calories: 1120 .. again, well below my target number. I should actually eat ~more~, provided I keep it lowfat & healthy.
  8. Yesterday supper: chicken and broccoli over rice + 1 cup yogurt + 24 oz. water. Fat (est.) 11 g, calories (est.) 350
  9. Yesterday afternoon: 40 minute jog, almost exactly 4 miles
  10. Snack: one slice of pizza - fat (est.) 9g, calories (est.) 330
  11. Lunch: cold cut sandwich on homemade wheat bread + two big glasses water, fat (est.) 5 g, calories (est.) 280
  12. Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal + 16 oz. water to drink, est. 160 calories, est. 3 g fat (yep, same as yesterday ... I like oatmeal)
  13. Total calories today (est.) 880 ... my target number is around 1,600. Guess I could have had that second slice of pizza at supper.
  14. Supper: one slice of pizza + one cup of yogurt + 16 oz. water. fat (est.) 13 g, calories (est.) 440
  15. Jogged for half an hour: 2.85 miles. Followed it up with about 24 oz. water and a shower. Feel good. Ready to write.
  16. 30 minutes of exercise on Wii Fit, almost all aerobic. Worked up a sweat and it was fun.
  17. Today's BMI: 39.2. Ouch! Lot of work to do, esp. in terms of diet.
  18. Looking at my life, I think diet is more of a concern than exercise. I need to eat healthier foods - I tend to always go for taste.
