  1. Watvhing Presidential motorcade from Capitol to White House. Film at 11.
  2. Go Yanks! (Don't like "we are champs"; prefer NY NY by the Chairman, but who's complaining?)
  3. Water heater leak 24 hrs before for leaving on biz for 6 days. Of course we discovered it Sat nite so no access to repair people. Ugh.
  4. Was in NYC while rain fell in ATL. I'm starting a list of all the things a parent can do to help when they can't be there in person. Ideas?
  5. Stressed about all the rain in ATL. Getting calls about flooding while I'm in NYC.
  6. Lots to juggle this rainy, rainy Sunday in ATL before leaving for NYC.
  7. Dun/J is now #69. There are only 3 more spaces before the upgrade list goes to a 4th screen. Unbelievable.
  8. Wow...Dun/J is now #68 on upgrade list. 68! Lower than whale sh*t at the bottom of the ocean, as we used to say. I feel bad for him.
  9. Holy smokes. Dun/J is now #65. That's a new standard for status deficiency.
  10. The upgrade list has 61 people on it. I feel really badly for Dun/J. That's just not nice.

  16. today I'm the stay-at home, non-traveling parent. Wife and daughter off to NYC. This has trouble written all over it.
  17. @dano9911 true but there's added flexibility and the kids have more stuff they can do. My recent trip to New York seemed a bit easier.
  18. Are traveling parents finding it easier or harder to travel when school is out and the kids are home?
