  1. Favorite books so far: How to Win Friends & Influence People, Dale Carnegie; Think & Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill; On Intelligence, Jeff Hawkins
  2. How to Win Friends & Influence People was great! Read it twice. Info you can use everyday to improve communcations and relationships.
  3. @Al_Nasnaas Very cool! Thanks.
  4. Reading How to Win Friends & Influence People, by Dale Carnegie, right now. Very good. In the class of Think & Grow Rich. Might read twice.
  5. 5 Lessons A Millionaire Taught Me, by Richard Paul Evans. Short & sweet. Most common sense. Good lessons to live by. We'd all be better off.
  6. Money, and the Law of Attraction, by Ester and Jerry Hicks. Like Think&Grow Rich and The Secret, but not as good. Positive thinking though.
  7. Arguing with Idiots, by Glenn Beck. There were points I agree with, and points I don't, but generally the book was a downer. Not a fun read.
  8. Finished In-N-Out Burger, by Stacy Perman. My most enjoyable read yet. Memories and mouth watering together. Very interesting history too.
  9. Have I mentioned lately how much I enjoy Audible books on my iPhone? 20+ books in 2009. 2010 will be even better!
  10. Now starting In-N-Out Burger, by Stacy Perman. Prologue and first chapter are great! History of my favorite burger. I can taste them now.
  11. Parallel Worlds, by Michio Kaku. Fascinating read on the universe(s) and theories physicists have to explain it. All over my head, but fun.
  12. Well maybe not rich yet, but... Be sure you get the 21st Century Edition. Editors comments add a lot. As always, Audible + iPhone = :-)
  13. Napoleon Hill speaks truth. Follow what he says & you will reach your goals. Happy, successful, rich, or whatever you want. Works for me!
  14. Think and Grow Rich, by Napoleon Hill, The 21st Century Edition. A classic positive thinking book with some modern additions. Great book!
  15. Know-How, by Ram Charan. Mostly enjoyable. About spotting, cultivating and practicing the know-how to succeed in bi (cont) http://tl.gd/si5n
  16. Super Crunchers by Ian Ayres. Regression analysis and finding meaning in data sets. 1st half good, then got dull. Ch. 2 best for OvalEye.
  17. The Happiness Hypothesis by Jonathan Haidt. Enjoyable style but too much psychology. Uses an elephant/rider analogy to explain behavior.
  18. How the Mighty Fall, by Jim Collins. Especially interesting considering the recent fall of so many financial institutions. Good insights.
  19. Law of Connection, by Michael J. Losier, about communications styles, Visual, Auditory, Kinesthetic, Digital. Mostly good and useful info.
  20. Freakonomics by Steven Levitt and Stephen Dubner. I don't recommend. Not very interesting. The Gladwell books are similar but much better.
