  17. Hero food of the day: classic combination, muesli & yoghurt aka 'cement'. Filling and provides protein when exercising outdoors in the cold.
  18. cycled over the new tram tracks this morning. Treacherous in the rain. My theory is to avoid main roads and thereby avoid trams. #trams
  19. just finished eating lovely roast fennel and tomato dish. Toss cherry tomatoes with sliced fennel, lemon juice, pepper & olive oil. Roast.
  20. was cycling down to Stockbridge and saw a BIG rainbow & thought "isn't that nice?", then the rain hit me! I guess that's why it's a rainbow.
