  1. Uncle Domo http://flic.kr/p/6BQN9R
  2. None of us will ever forget where we were the moment we finally got fed up with Michael Jackson coverage.
  3. Not even 11 am and iPhone is already down to 63% battery juice; some days it's still at 50% at bedtime. I blame AT&T.
  4. Taking down the iPhone Day tree, packing away the decorations for another year. Still humming iPhone Day carols.
  5. There are a lot of people in the iPhone line using Blackberries.
  6. @fedward Kerberos? I don't even *know* her os. Hmm.
  7. @fedward Thank goodness for an 'it just works', usability- and reliability-focused computer company. Snow Leopard can't come soon enough.
  8. @fedward CanoScan -- any version -- is gruesome. VueScan works (sort of) well for me. Why on earth is scanning so unbelievably difficult?
  9. @perlchyk How do you know that the room isn't *full* of invisible zipper feet, but that you just can't see them?
  10. The many faces of Tom Selleck http://twitpic.com/56nkt
  11. @bosconet The heat is where all the flavor is. I'm a heatatarian.
  12. @shandyland All Kindles registered to the same account have access to the same content pool. Buy it once, read it on any Kindle you own.
  13. The sun has come out! I haven't needed my sunglasses for approximately EVER and so don't know where they are. T'storms in forecast though.
  14. @bosconet It's too hard to collect the money without being caught; & the criminal can't guarantee his performance to the extortee anyway.
  15. @shandyland ZOMG The Dell Store is down! Maybe it's the new XPS Q1337 which has the fantastic new feature of being $20 less
  16. @Chris_Ickes OSX = less meta-work; Windows is harder to automate and script. On the Mac, I spend less time futzing, more doing my real work.
  17. Lots of 'acting' CEOs these days. Do they rehearse these parts? Wait tables between exec gigs? I want an all-singing, all-dancing board.
  18. Also: gold hawked by G. Gordon Liddy. 'News' content is largely about celebrity diets. Why no celeb diet ads then? It's a natural market.
  19. What TV news audience wants, according to ads: anti-'leak' drugs; dick pills; online brokers; insurance; insurance; insurance; shamwow
  20. @DLoesch Our Lady Sin the punk band? Presumably not. Still better than the domain names for Pen Island or Powergen Italia though.
