  16. PowerPoint-based rapid #elearning or webinars - more "light" slides delivered quickly better than a few "dense" slowly.
  17. In webinars turn wordy slides into questions w/chat window or poll responses. Let your group create their own content.
  18. Use chat windows during webinars to solicit opinions & ideas from group. Great for brainstorming w/large numbers too.
  19. As webinar presenter don't be afraid to use attendee list & directly ask person for a comment/answer. It engages them.
  20. My 3rd tip for writing rapid #elearning audio scripts: when reviewing ask "so what?" Can't answer? Then rewrite.
