  1. First snow last night on Sierra Mtns. to the south. McKinley reminded me I'm past due on teaching her to ski.
  2. Psalm 63 - God ought to be my first pursuit in the morning (v.1) and my final thought in the evening (v.6).
  3. A beautiful day with delicious food with great people. Honored to have 2 veteran missionary families as our guests, along with many others.
  4. My top 10 people thankful for: Jesus, Nicole, Taylor & McKinley, Mom & Dad, Loren & Cindy, Bud & Sharon, Pastor (ok so there's 11!).
  5. Thankful for what comes with Christian Education: character of faculty, emphasis on America's Christian heritage, likeminded parents & more.
  6. Thought: "Joy is the fruit that springs from the soil of a thankful heart."
  7. Thankful for God's righteousness, faithfulness, salvation, lovingkindness, truth, and tender mercies. —Psalm 40:10-11
