  1. Drupal views and CCK are completely awesome!
  2. Superfreak annoys me: every time I hear it I think I'm in for some hammertime, only to be disappointed.
  3. Looking at the BBC's newly open sourced JavaScript libraries Glow and Gloader. Gloader looks particularly interesting.
  4. jQuery UI is pretty cool.
  5. Wondering where to get a MiniPCI Express 3G card to go in an Acer Aspire One D250 in Australia. Suggestions?
  6. Wishing my legs would stop aching. Paintballing yesterday has proven just how unfit I am.
  7. I would wish @MrSquiggle a happy birthday, but he's been suspended. :-(
  8. And Keyboard Shortcuts doesn't work when assigning a shortcut to open a new tab with specific settings in Terminal.app.
  9. Why does Terminal.app on Leopard make a new windows setting the default?
  10. Finished watching Full Metal Panic? Fumoffu. Love it even more than FMP. And I'd still rather not see a show than watch it with ADV's dubs.
  11. Can't believe it took me that long to remember PHP has sscanf()...
  12. We got five new 24" iMacs at work yesterday. Two have dead pixels.
  13. @tehgeekmeister It'd probably look like this: http://pastebin.com/f1d5ef7be
  14. @tehgeekmeister I could use them to split files but I'd need a FIFO and a shell loop. It's a moot point now. I'll remember for next time :-)
  15. @tehgeekmeister cut, dd are good for splitting files, but I'd don't have enough free space to make a tar *and* split it. Anyway: nearly done
  16. @tehgeekmeister GNU tar or BSD? Don't have GNU nor net access to install it. I do however have 36GB more to transfer. Over USB1. Both ways
  17. Wondering about the file-size limit on FAT32 and whether this tarball (which will be >50Gb) will fit in it.
  18. Attempting to extract data from a disk FreeBSD 6.0 system last booted August 6 2007. I wonder if FreeBSD still uses nonsense names in /dev/?
  19. Setting up 5 new iMacs at work. It's like xmas. They've each had about 1GB of of updates and around 4 reboots.
  20. @i386 They do (or, had better): they did exactly the same thing last week. :-)
