  3. We used 2 get ill as a family 5-6 times a year. Last year, just twice: Swine Flu and some nasty gastro-intestinal mess. What u eat!
  4. I and my family have been MUCH less ill since slashing grains and sugars from diet and supplimenting large amts Vitamin D. Coincidence?
  5. Hmmm, I eliminated all grains all sugars and all fruit from my diet over 2 years ago, lost 155lbs and kept every ounce off & luv what I eat
  6. Their 'diet quackery' page says 2 beware of diets that eliminate entire groups of foods. Says that's baaaaad and won't help u lose weight.
  7. (2/2) wonder how much weight I lost LAUGHING my ARSE off at that BS?! Epic FAIL! "registered dietitians" scare me.
  8. Just did a nutritional analysis at Ask a Dietitian (out of boredom): to lose weight I need 2 eat 1800 cals, 475 g of carbs, 0 fat. (cont)
  9. 2 year old has learned 2 say :"Ta Daaaahh!" When I hear this I usually have to look UP. Note to self: check house for radioactive spiders.
  10. I have completed #NaNoWriMo. 50,390 words on my novel in 29 days. *collapses in a heap*
  11. I'm 5 more pounds down for a total of 155 lbs lost! I think I'll celebrate with a huge steak! oh, wait ... that's what I eat EVERY day! ;)
