  1. Errr...face. Punch a dinosaur in the face. Man, I'd been saving that one for a few days, too.
  2. About to see Bob Dylan. I think the next item on my bucket list is "punch a dinosaur in the faw."
  3. @ronalddevera Yes. Comm with Hancock, not HCI. Good call.
  4. @ronalddevera Pretty sure DanCo was advanced HCI. You were on a team with @samgarwin I ended up joining? I sucked a lot that semester.
  5. @ronalddevera I was in Hancock's HCI with both of you, I think. That was with @joshperlin as well. Isn't that where we became friends?
  6. @jennjenn @ronalddevera @catharsis @dstrelau @samgarwin This is getting confusing. How do I know you guys, again?
  7. @keilita Depends on how much blood I can get access to on short notice. Let me ask my flatmates.
  8. @ronalddevera We were in advanced HCI together, I thought. I don't remember @catharsis being there, though. @samgarwin might remember?
  9. @keilita me: hands cashier blood-stained money them: look of perplexed disgust me: Oh, don't worry: it's not my blood. Well, not most of it.
  10. Or high point. I can't decide.
  11. I'm thinking the existence of a TV show called "Human Wrecking Balls" (on season 2, no less!) has to be some sort of low point for humanity.
  12. @keilita I may even have to start intentionally blood staining all my $2 bills just to see if it changes people's reactions to them.
  13. @keilita I'll volunteer to take a blood stained dollar bill. That's all kinds of intense symbolic imagery.
  14. @KlickMobile congrats on the release, guys!
  15. Why did I not know they were remaking The Prisoner as a miniseries with Ian Friggin' McKellen until yesterday? Now I'm really excited.
  16. Confession: I misheard Dylan's "Joey" as "Jolene" for many years. So that explains my confusion about him writing the same song twice. Oops.
  17. Good example of software being too smart for its own good. I think my VNC client was "translating" keystrokes assuming the remote was QWERTY
  18. Ok, so, if I change my remote Mac's keymap to QWERTY and leave my local Linux keymap Dvorak, everything's just dandy in VNC. That's great.
  19. VNC & keymappings is still a black art as far as I'm concerned. What I'm seeing is neither QWERTY, nor Dvorak, but some unholy thing.
  20. I picked the wrong year to quit drinking coffee. Four times.
