A steamy 92 today. Now this is summer! Went to bridal shower & the host's A/C wasn't working~bummer. It was sizzling HOT but we managed.

Just finished 30 minute trot on the treadmill. Making lifestyle changes to get the chol level down. Just seems to creep up there w/o notice.
