  1. Looking at condos today. Can't believe how many foreclosures/short sales need extensive cleaning due to smoke or animals or neglect.
  2. Working in the garden and getting ready for plantings. Can't pass up another 70 degree day. Rain coming this weekend though.
  3. Finally catching up on my guest post articles due this week. Writing about kids and savings accounts/investments.
  4. Just finished washing the dogs...er I mean wrestling with the dogs.
  5. @centsiblelife When you say buy into the hoa, did you have to pay towards a reserve fund?
  6. Apparently condo HOA has limit to investment properties. I'm learning a ton about HOA's and restrictions. Very interesting.
  7. Researching and learning about Condo HOA rules and investment property. Didn't realize how complicated this process can be.
  8. @LettersToElijah It sure seems to be mentioned in all the media lately.
  9. Catching up on my blog reading for the week. I have about 50 pf blogs I follow in Google reader. What are you favorites?
  10. Salesman just rang my doorbell on a Saturday morning and I thought it was a neighbor selling Girl Scout cookies. I was disappointed :)
  11. @letterstoelijah Guess we all need to buy a new car to fix the economy :) What kind of car did you buy? Do you still love it?
  12. Mrs. is in Portland today and need to get house ready for guests tonight.
  13. Would you help jump start the economy and buy a new car? http://tinyurl.com/dhrsm7
  14. @SunFinancial $600. Whoa impressive
  15. @problogger I actually don't think the twitter suggestions are useful as they are all celebrities.
  16. @FrugalAtHome Those are rough. Especially if you need to concentrate at all tomorrow. Hopefully you can take some naps with the little one
  17. @SunFinancial Do tell.
  18. @moolanomy I have 3 cousins that took 5 years to graduate in the UC system. You are still to be congratulated for saving vs. using a HELOC.
  19. @singlema I love it. MCD and DIS are great companies that kids can understand and see what they make.
  20. @moolanomy BTW. That's the highest 529 contribution amount I've heard of to date. Congrats on your sacrifice for education.
