  1. 7:30am gym session. Going full blast on legs.
  2. After a long hiatus, the Core is back. Blasted 4 / 5 days in preparation for naked cowboy Halloween costume. Yeah!
  3. My gym has been pretty weak. A man is only as strong as his core.

  10. Finally got back to the gym. Blasted squats, then complete fail at deadlifts. Went on to tris. The tris are getting solid.
