  1. @HadleyF I'm glad you enjoyed it! Please let me know if you have other questions.
  2. @JustinLibrarian My pleasure! Hope it proves useful.
  3. @librarianbyday Does your library offer downloadable ebooks? Focus on what you can provide materials for.
  4. @srharris19 Sounds good to me. Name the time/place, and I should be around.
  5. @pcsweeney Oh, jump in by all means.
  6. @srharris19 But bacon is a vegetable! By the by, are you going to be in abq at the end of the month? I'm visiting the fam from the 23-30th.
  7. @librarian_holly I swore I would never go back to AT&T after I had cable with them for a while. Horrendous service across the board.
  8. @librarian_holly Oh, the awesomeness of the iphone was never in question. I'd ave one myself if I didn't have to use AT&T to do so.
  9. @Armano Now that the seal's been broken, brace yourself for the deluge.
  10. @rstevens Do you get to choose the restaurant?
  11. I have got to learn how to pronounce the author's name before I introduce the new One Book title tomorrow. http://tinyurl.com/yhf2hxe
  12. @librarian_holly That's a whole other survey, most likely. I use my BBY to browse the web quite a bit, but I'm probably an outlier.
  13. @ulotrichous as a Certified Information Professional, I strongly recommend that you bring home the Bell's.
  14. @danwho Looking at the version we sent patrons, the margin is even wider. Still gathering data there, though.
  15. @danwho Part of me thinks netbooks will end up a vestigal line in the evolution of portable computing. I want to repeat survey next year.
  16. Looking at staff reading survey. Interesting to see that twice as many report using their phones to browse the internet than netbooks.
  17. Wow, that's brilliant. Adam Sandler in Punch-Drunk Love salutes you: http://tinyurl.com/y8rhjo2 (via @kottke)
  18. @dansinker It's tough, because I'm so accustomed to my addons. Using someone else's browser is like typing with 7 fingers.
  19. @jennybento There. Is. No. Sanctuary.
  20. @dansinker The hard part is that I've loved firefox for such a long time, but the gild is coming off the lily.
