  1. (By the way, the pepperoni and cheese samplers at the conbinis are really good.)
  2. is home again, safe and sound thanks to a taxi driver who dropped her off right at her doorstop.
  3. is on the last train back from Matsue. Last night's bar-hopping did me some good. :)

  5. @karasukun 今までよかった!仕事の心配をちょっと話したけど、とってもrelaxing :) 今日は買い物!!

  7. has a half-hour left on the train. A gaggle of laughing businessmen got on at Izumo and are yukking it up behind me.
  8. is on her way to Matsue. For a rapid-service train, this Aqualiner takes awful long stops.
  9. is going on vacation this weekend after all. :) Farewell Hamada reporters!
  10. @japanmama I know, but I barely had a chance to do the lesson; the kids were totally out of control. Oh well, these days happen.
  11. planned a beautiful lesson today, but was foiled by kids acting up. Poor things didn't get to play my most fun game. :(
  12. This video made my day: http://ping.fm/kGKrL
  13. is scared by how strong the wind is every night in my neighborhood. Might as well just park my bike on its side.
  14. is staying warm tonight via ceramic heater, tea, ramen, a hot bath, and an early bedtime.
  15. is a little freaked out by being less hip than her former boss. I just picked up Röyksopp, but Steve's been pushing Eple on me for years!
  16. met lots of great English speakers at today's eikaiwa and is about to see Ponyo!
  17. just now found out about the latest Chevelle album. They always manage to astound me.
  18. is finally desperate enough for heat to try the kerosene heater, but lucky me, I'm out of kerosene.
  19. has never wanted to be interviewed by a reporter less.
  20. Hamada is sticking to its guns and raining all day. Maybe it's to keep us inside and safe.
