  1. @joshpeek spoken like a true clojure dilettante.
  2. Things I am going to do for this Holiday season, part 1: refer to it as "the hols" several times.
  3. Finally blogged about Leiningen: http://technomancy.us/131 but I love the fact that several people beat me to it. Also: got a sweet logo!
  4. @defunkt I use gnus, but with a single-threaded process connecting to remote servers is right out. You need offlineimap or fetchmail.
  5. @LusciousPear Are you right outside Elliott Bay Books? I used to work a block from there. Fun area.
  6. @dastels Started with Elisp in '03 and Scheme in '07. Never spent more than a weekend on Common Lisp.
  7. My Clojure birthday was three days ago.
  8. OH: "JRuby on Rails up front plus Clojure in the back; it's like a reverse mullet." @headius on IRC.
  9. @bradfordcross Nicely done! Congratulations.
  10. So @danlarkin is providing awesome sound effects for all the paredit commands while pairing: "meta-s-bam!"
  11. So apparently they have stroopwafels at Costco now. NOM!
  12. Great job by @headius and the organizers of JRubyConf yesterday. Top-notch event.
  13. Just demoed JRuby-Clojure integration at the jrubyconf lightning talks. (Kind of glad it didn't get accepted as a full hour-long talk now.)
  14. Funny how my RubyConf fanboyisms change with time. In '05 it was sitting next to Rails Core devs, in '09 it's lunch with John Rose.
  15. Duby looks like a huge win for JRuby contributors, but I'm also excited to see how it might sweeten the Android dev story.
  16. RubyConf remnants are getting overwhelmed by the mischevous teen dance troupe at the hotel.
  17. @tenderlove Where is that? Must have want.
  18. Met up with @augiomentus! Good times.
  19. Listening to the sound of minds getting blown in @stuarthalloway's clojure talk.
  20. Hacking clojars, compojure, clojure, etc. next to the waterfall at RubyConf.
