  1. Home after ALA. Will post about the conference tomorrow. Couldn't do it from ALA - I forgot to transfer my blog login to the darn netbook.
  2. Missed the blogger event this evening. Had to haul crap to room. But had a great day at ALA. Scored great ARCs, went to superb programs.
  3. Unconference was great yesterday. Lots of good conversations and thoughts. Will post to blog as soon as I have my real laptop with URL!
  4. #unala2009 The Kindle can't be the answer as long as Amazon isn't playing nicely with libraries.
  5. #unala2009 Playaways rock! Teens love them and so do kids! Our local school libs carry them and sell them for the public libs.
  6. #unala2009 e-ink tech lets you read longer than books! Younger users not using Kindles at this point - too expensive.
  7. Collaboration is a key - can we do this together so we don't all have to invent it -and can we keep it easy and free to compete! #unala2009
