  1. DMV - so much fun. But I got to put a lower weight on my new license. :-)

  3. Ab workout - hang w/ your arms in a sling and do leg lifts. 3 sets - 10, 15 and 20. OUCH! Follow each set w/ close in push ups.
  4. 31.5 degrees It'll be a cold commute on the motorbike

  14. Spinervals Recharge this morning. Didn't hurt while I was doing it - icing and elevating now. :-)
  15. One arm push ups today - 3 sets of ten on each arm.
  16. @brendarides Nope - I've entered my "off" season. Jan 3 I start training for the Auburn Tri.
  17. New PR jump roping today - 226 jumps in a minute. :-)
  18. Boxing with my trainer today. I love boxing! In between, push ups - 5 sets of twenty, with the gloves on. Ouch!
  19. More yoga. Knee is feeling much improved - though still not normal.
  20. Yoga makes my knee feel almost normal again.
