  1. Miraculously back through security and, after an extended sprint, on to our flight on time! Still chaos in departures though.
  2. Now we've left departures so we'll have to pass through security again. Will they let us keep our duty free?
  3. Fire alarm in gatwick airport. Weird.
  4. Tantalizingly close to Inbox Zero for the first time in months.
  5. No more bendy buses on the 38 from this weekend. http://bit.ly/3gsxuw #hackney
  6. @nicprice The author assumes, perhaps correctly, that nobody will wait more than 7 minutes and therefore he/she can stay in the pub all day.
  7. List of annoying words http://bit.ly/1A8LPf I've already sent the author one email and I'm not even past A. Step away from the computer now.
  8. "When one hears action used as a verb, one can expect to see very little actual action in the form of a noun."
  9. "This wave is experiencing some slight turbulence, and may explode."
  10. SnapBird is really useful for refinding tweets you've already seen somewhere http://snapbird.org Thanks @rem.
  11. So one month after I said I was receiving 20,000 spam emails per month http://bit.ly/4CrddY I'm now receiving 152,000 spam emails per month!
  12. @slyinthefield Sorry, all gone. Google's handing out of invites seems pretty haphazard. I got 8 first time then 12 a few weeks later.
  13. @ollieRelph You now have two 3D photos of yourself! Use them like a magic-eye picture (or cross-eyed for inverted 3D).
  14. @s_d_c Shaun, DM me your email address please.
  15. @mrwinkythepug @Leo_Payne @csogilvie @leewillis77 Addresses added. Usually takes a few days for invites to come through.
  16. Got another 10 Google Wave invites if anybody still hasn't got one.
  17. @katybeale Gun shots on Broadway Market, stabbing on Clapton Square, just another Saturday night.
  18. Just been using Google Wave to co-edit girlfriend's essay. Kinda neat but no better than Google Docs would have been.
  19. Stabbing in Clapton Square last night. Area cordoned off. Policeman told us it was likely gang-related.
  20. @jake Do use Gmail Offline? I just switched it off and it now seems to be running faster, weirdly.
