  9. Meditator by day. Decorator by night. It's 2:14 am and I not long ago finished painting the ceiling of my newly refurbished kuti....zzzzzzzz

  12. Just finished 1st night of w/e retreat with a few words on mindfulness. Then as we left novice Jotiko hit his head on the door frame!
  13. @dhammagirl Then I was rushing about while there was still daylight, trying to cut bits of wood etc. when I lost my balance and 'Arrghhh!'
  14. @dhammagirl Yes, but when I put the scissors in my tool bag with the bIades pointing up I told myself: 'that's stupid!'...:-)
  15. Just been to A&E. Fell on a pair of scissors! Nothing serious - 3 stitches (in leg) & tetanus jab. Serves me right for not being mindful.
