  1. If I have to give up my beautiful MI driver's license for a CA one, I'm going to cry.
  2. RT @garyvee Now this is Meta http://bit.ly/SBr4x WILD STORY! - Sorry Gary, I think that's more creepy than anything else.
  3. @LegalCookie If I ever say "Wake up sheeple!", please find me and slap me.
  4. @LegalCookie Just a recovering Catholic
  5. @LegalCookie I applied for a job w/ the Off. of Leg. Counsel. A job that assumes 5-10 years training is begging to be taught in law school.
  6. I hope the tongue-in-cheek tone of the "sniper" post comes through. I'm not putting a disclaimer on every slightly humorous thing I write.
  7. @LegalCookie Classes like that are going to be a growth area. The tools to teach practice skills are in law schools, just need to use them.
  8. RT @LegalCookie "Maybe we'd all be off with fewer law students, and therefore fewer/better law profs." Yes, we would.
  9. @LegalCookie That's why Admin Law is so useful. It's the key to understanding the theory and policy behind a legal code.
  10. @lawscool I liked code classes better. Appealed to my engineer genes. My job is a form of code law.
  11. @lawscool Theory might be a bad word. Maybe code vs. common law classes? Basically classes like Tax & Civ Pro vs. Con Law & Property
  12. @lawscool If you're talking about Mint & Fever, the overlap is the dev, who makes great stuff. Very pleased with Mint and Fever (so far)
  13. How to gun without being identified as a gunner: http://bit.ly/131lnj (new on Fearfully Optimistic, now with footnotes) #lawschool
  14. FSWest: It's INDIANA UNIVERSITY! There is no University of Indiana! #fail
  15. Which do you prefer: code-based classes or theory-based classes? #lawschool
  16. This thing might be over. #tdf
  17. @KJStreicher Mayor of LA failed 4 times in CA. Former dean of Stanford Law failed once.
  18. I would put the smart money on the auto repair lobby coming up with smog testing over the environmental lobby. That is one hell of a racket.
  19. @LegalCookie I think claiming that gunners might be in law school for the wrong reason and are style over substance isn't that charitable.
  20. @NoReinsGirl It's "magaziney", yes?
