  9. My friend is reading Mary Catherine Bateson's book, Composing a Life. I'm afraid my title would be more like Unravelling a Life. Yes Yes Yes
  10. Walking is free and remarkable therapy for the everyday. Twelve km a day, to and from work. It has been working miracles. Each way-1 hr +/-.
  11. If you truly want to live in the present and cultivate a curious mind, engage with a three year old. The ordinary becomes wondrous.
  12. What a legacy to leave behind - when people remember you they are inspired to be their best selves. That is what my friend John S has left.
  13. My mother, sister, daughter and I are soaking up celtic music in local pubs. Toe-tapping rhythms, wonderful people. Worries left behind.JOY!
